Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead agile/scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple departments and clients
- Track project KPIs using Jira, Asana, or similar tools
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate post-project reviews to document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/marketing
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex project delivery
