Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews to track progress against KPIs
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication and contingency planning
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of deliverables
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability
- Generate comprehensive project status reports for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management software
