- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement
- Maintain project documentation in Asana/Jira systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience (PMP/Certified Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven track record in managing software development or IT projects
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client visits
