Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation, reporting variances to stakeholders
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and virtual collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with budget management over $500K projects
