The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate between engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Track KPIs using JIRA and Asana
- Present progress to stakeholders via executive dashboards
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
- Expertise in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Proven track record in budget management
- Experience with remote/hybrid teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
