Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Jira and Asana methodologies
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams (dev, UX, QA) to meet sprint deadlines
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards
- Manage project budgets within $500K-$1M range
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with SaaS products
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proven track record delivering complex tech initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Boston-based with flexible availability (Mon/Wed/Fri on-site)
