Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Develop detailed project documentation including risk assessments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers
- Track KPIs and prepare executive status reports
- Mentor junior project team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with hybrid team management
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
