- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status updates
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance
- Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives) for iterative development
- Document project outcomes and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across time zones
- Proven track record delivering projects within budget and scope
