Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience with remote/hybrid flexibility
- PMP certification or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
