Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for SaaS development initiatives
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with distributed teams
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using Jira and Asana
- Develop detailed project documentation including risk assessments and communication plans
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, clients, and technical teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance team velocity and delivery quality
- Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination and virtual facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful project outcomes in enterprise environments
