Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and external stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate risk mitigation and change management processes
- Prepare executive-level status reports and presentations for leadership
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience in government or consulting
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in matrixed organizations
- Experience with federal contracting regulations a plus
