Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and client relations
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and scope creep
- Manage stakeholder communications and client expectations
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
