Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets with resource optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Track project KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams for seamless delivery
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
- Maintain project documentation in JIRA and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote team coordination and hybrid work models
