Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies for SaaS development projects
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Jira and Asana
- Track KPIs and deliverables using dashboards and stakeholder reporting
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk mitigation sessions
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for seamless integrations
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years project management experience with remote teams
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Atlassian Suite and Microsoft Project
- Proven track record in software development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced tech environments
