Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles including planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, stakeholder) to align on objectives
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive-level progress reports
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative development
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with DC regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ in part-time/contract roles
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana
- Proven track record in government/public sector projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
