Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Optimize processes through continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and hybrid workflows
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
