Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation proactively
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with IT/software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with remote team coordination
