- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Implement Jira/Asana workflows to ensure sprint deliverables align with business goals
- Track KPIs and generate real-time dashboards for executive visibility
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and contingency planning
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira proficiency
- Proven ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines and budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team coordination
