- Track project KPIs using Jira/Asana and provide weekly stakeholder updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive issue resolution
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships efficiently
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives following Agile methodologies
- Document project processes and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead virtual teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent professional credential
