Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables, ensuring on-budget and on-time completion
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive status reporting
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Maintain project documentation in Asana/Jira and update progress dashboards
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven success managing remote/hybrid teams across time zones
- Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution capabilities
