Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation through closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budget tracking
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
