Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from inception to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely deliverables and budget adherence
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through status reports and executive presentations
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 3+ years project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing projects in government or regulated industries
- Expertise in risk assessment, resource allocation, and change management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
