Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and adjust timelines/resources to ensure on-budget delivery
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Prepare comprehensive status reports for executive stakeholders
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
