Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Implement Jira/Asana for task tracking and progress reporting
- Stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven track record in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Asana tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Ability to manage 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- San Diego local preferred (onsite collaboration 2 days/week)
