Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams across tech, finance, and government sectors
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for stakeholder reviews
- Manage project budgets (avg. $500k-$2M) and mitigate financial risks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives for remote teams
- Implement Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in government/public sector
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in managing remote/hybrid teams across multiple time zones
- Proven success delivering projects on budget and timeline with 95%+ client satisfaction
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Power BI
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
