- Monitor project KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with remote team coordination and distributed workflows
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
