Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, or similar tools
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Prepare status reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets $500K+
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote/distributed team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
