Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining budget integrity
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint reviews
- Generate comprehensive status reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or construction
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Trello
- Proven ability to manage remote/distributed teams
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with daily pay structures and contract compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
