Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Liaise with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience with Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT or construction projects
- Expertise in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred
