Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to align on objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and mitigate risks proactively
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting for daily compensation
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/healthcare
- Proven expertise with Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
