Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Execute agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) with daily standups and sprint planning
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using Jira/Asana
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through weekly status reports and presentations
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing protocols
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Expertise in agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with remote team coordination across time zones
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Gantt chart creation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
