Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of tech solutions
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across C-suite to operational levels
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project roadblocks
- Utilize Jira/Asana for task tracking and resource optimization
- Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success in managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall hybrids
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Asana
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Local San Diego residency required for in-person collaboration
