Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules that balance scope, time, and cost.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear communication.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior leadership regularly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Project Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
