Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly impact business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage project budgets effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
