Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders to mitigate risks.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Utilize project management tools to track metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in a corporate or technical environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus.
