Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, developers, and designers to drive project momentum.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and deliverables.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed progress reports to executive leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area or similar tech hubs.
- Expert knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid work environment.
