The Role:
As a Project Manager at Apex Operations, you will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Ensure all project documentation and records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Coordinator (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
