Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress and report key metrics to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
- Ensure all project documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
