Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate project status, updates, and roadblocks to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel to client sites in the Chicago metropolitan area.
