Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior management.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor budget adherence and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
