Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules using MS Project or JIRA.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and roadblocks to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Operations, to drive alignment.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Tech or Healthcare sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
