Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring strict alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to mitigate misunderstandings.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder presentations to ensure transparency.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the technology or consulting sector.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Asana.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
