Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage expectations effectively.
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
- PMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
