Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation matrices.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage the project budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to all relevant parties effectively.
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
