Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate resources and manage project timelines to meet critical deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work in our Denver, CO office at least 3 days a week.
