Responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage project budgets effectively.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional project management experience.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
