Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources or timelines to meet critical milestones.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a professional services or government contracting environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
