Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation through execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members clearly.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team members have the tools they need.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project blockers.
- Conduct regular status meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is required.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
