Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives productivity and innovation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure financial efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the tech or software industry (5+ years minimum).
- Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
