Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Budget & Resource Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies, providing regular status updates.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, logistics, or engineering sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
